De Werkpioniers
is a podcast by the co-working and meeting space Seats2Meet Utrecht CS (now rebranded to Wonders of Work) hosted by Kristel Keuren. The purpose of this podcast is to find people who are pioneering in their field and engaging with new ways to work.
During my time working with Seats2Meet I took this podcast from an audio only format to video and to go along with that I also created the branding and intro sequence for this video relaunch.
The vibe Kristel wanted for this show was scrappy and playful. I interpreted this by using elements that look crafted together with cardboard, popsicle sticks and torn paper edges. All laying on top of oldschool treasure maps (with a little help of Midjourney), heavily textured with different kinds of paper and a lowered framerate to reinforce the handcrafted feel.

Kristel included a segment in the podcast where she poses quickfire questions to the guest, putting them on the spot and encouraging them to go with their first instinct. Kristel tailors these questions to each guest.
